i bought an rv cam for my 350, do i need to get different lifters or can i use stock ones?
-
I have always been told that you should always use new lifters with a new cam.
-
ya i know i should get new ones but do i need to get "performance" ones (high lift or anything other than stock) or can i just get new stock ones
-
Standard replacements will work fine. Just be sure to break them and the cam in properly (don't be shy w/ the break-in lube), and give them a proper adjustment.
-
Which cam were you lloking at?

NEW stock lifters with that cam
-
will it hurt if i use the original ones?
-
That'd be like wiping with old toilet paper. It's a no no especially with todays oils.
