Title: question about rv cam and lifters

i bought an rv cam for my 350, do i need to get different lifters or can i use stock ones?

I have always been told that you should always use new lifters with a new cam.

ya i know i should get new ones but do i need to get "performance" ones (high lift or anything other than stock) or can i just get new stock ones

Standard replacements will work fine. Just be sure to break them and the cam in properly (don't be shy w/ the break-in lube), and give them a proper adjustment.

That'd be like wiping with old toilet paper. It's a no no especially with todays oils.
