Title: drivers side kick panel

Can't get this thing off >:(
All the bolts are out...tries as suggested in another post to lift up
and rotate but I can't figure out how this thing could possibly EVER come out...lol
86 cab and manuel pull-out to open vent
Help please

just tug and  pry on it till it pops off

You can't be delicate with it, but the procedure is the same.
