Hi guys it been awhile, I have some what of a dump question that may or may not matter. I am trying to learn all I can about 350 engines and I was ask if buy a friend if i was going to use steel shim head gaskets or composition ones what is the difference and which ones are better to use? I know he does not know what he is talking about that why I am asking you guys. He himself did not know what they were lol
