Not to start a rumor mill but I was told Edelbrock is filing bankruptcy. has anyone heard anything about this?

something about it on the radio wife would not leave it long enough to get the story. but i cant find anything else on it. just wondering if anyone has heard..

yea i still been looking i have not found anything. i know Super Sports which is affiliated with Edelbrock filed in 1997 but that is it..
