Title: Reseaching 1981 C-30

I am looking to buy a 1981 C-30 Camper Special 2wd with a 454 motor. I am looking to restore this truck. It is in very good condition and has low miles. I was wondering if there were any resources out there to see how many of these were made, how many were produced with a 454, how many had air , etc. I reasearch this type of info on corvettes via the corvette black book. Is there any production info out there for chevy trucks?

None.  GM isn't giving that info out OR they didn't keep track.  A number of us have requested the info.  I can tell you if you are looking for rarity, Camper Specials were specific packages, but they numbers would be unknown, but the 70's/80's were the camping craze years..
