Title: 1981 c-30 or 1984 4x4 ?

I am thinking of buying a 1981 c-30 camper special. It has 56,000 orig. miles 454 engine, a/c, the interior is in great shape, minimal rust. Is $2200 a good deal? It is between this or a 1984 1/2  ton 4x4 with 84,000 miles 350,a/c, fair interior, minimal body rust for $2500.
