I recently bought a 84 k-10 silverado. I believe it is all stock except for the distributor and coil, 4 inch rough country lift, a set of 35x12.50x15 BFG KM2's. It has a 10 bolt front axle and a 12 bolt rear axle, with what I believe to be stock gears. :( The gears are way to tall for the tires, ( I don't have a tach but at 65 she is chugging at real low rpms and could almost downshift, so I'm thinking of going to 4.11 or maybe 4.56 gears. I have a 700r4 with o/d, any opinions? This is my daily driver as, well as my play toy.

4:11s would prob be good with the od trans and 35s...

Did you make it out of that(in the second pic)?

O yeah I made it out, fine from that hole. The whole thing was as deep as you see in the rear. I just pulled the front end out so I could hop out of the truck to take the pic. Those bfg mud terrian km2's really grip well.
