Title: long bed to short bed

Im new and was looking at getting an 84 swb...but the guy is holding out on me...Ive come across on another 84 but its a long bed...what all is involved in converting it to a short bed?

p.s. i plan on purchasing a short bed...not modifying the current long bed.
