Look about right to me too.
-
I don't like the slot or dents/holes in the mount in the top pic, but otherwise they look fine. It looks correct but the left one looks trashed.
-
Looks like someone modified the one bracket. They aren't slotted.
-
that is what i was thinking it is not a round hole looked like it has been cut.
-
SBC engine brackets are they he same size or is one bigger than the other. I am not sure. But the one on the left is a lot bigger than on the right. as in like the dept of it if it is bolted up it moves the engine over so far you can not even put one in on the other side.
-
They are the same left and right. Grab another set
-
You want 2 like on the right of that picture.
-
ok thanks.

Just a guess but did the motor ever have some cheap generic universal "block hugger headers" on it? I looked at a truck that had a pair of them on it and it took some serious hack'n to get them in there.
They had to grind off about 99% from the motor mount bolt head. Wasn't a whole lot left to hold the motor in place.

well these mounts in the picture. were give to me. i didn't realize they were not a set until i painted them. i Have no clue where they came from originally.
