Title: 4 inch lift
Post by: 4x4HighSierra on January 31, 2010, 09:23:34 pm
hey everyone i am getting ready to put a 4 inch suspension lift on my 85 GMC k10 High Sierra lwb.  I was wondering besides the brake lines and steering arm if the front and rear drive shaft would have to be longer.  The only reason i want the lift is so the 33 pro comp m/t's will stop rubbing and tearing my fender trim up.  That and i have always wanted a truck with some kind of lift.

I dont believe the driveshafts will be an issue with the 4 inch lift. Many are running 6 inch lifts with stock drivelines. you should be fine.
