Title: wheel question

hi im wanting to put a set of boss 338 wheels 18x8 on front and 18x9.5 in rear (18x9.5 is widest they make in the 18's) on my 1983 chevy step side 2wd its lowered 3/5 and was wondering if anyone has used these wheels? had a any problems? heard of any problems? no if the problems (if there is any) are gonna be fixed? any info that could be given to me on the fitment of these wheels on our 73-87 chevys would be apprecatied thanks and heres a pic to show what they look like 8)

You didn't post the most important info.  Backspacing.  But with the right tiresize and backspacing you can shove 22's under one if you don't get ridiculous on the drop.

Yea just make sure you clear you're spindles if thats how you dropped the truck.

well i droped it with 3inch coils up front and the backspaceing is 5 inches, but ive heard of these whells not fitting right becacue of dust cover isues and center cap problems as well as because of the rotor so i was wondering if anyone has used these wheels and over came these problems? or know if there being fixed? thats what i was trying to find out 8)

If they are 18's they should fit.  I haven't ever heard of dust cover issues.  I am running 17's with 5.25 BS and mine don't hit anything.  Coils aren't going effect the drop like spindles will.
