Hello there from beautiful nor cal wine country.. My family, (dad and brothers) mainly my twin and I are pretty much obsessed with 73-87 gm trucks.. so glad we found this site.. this community.. looking foward to sharing. i've been through plenty, but i own now (and this time forever) a 1979 Cheyenne K30 6 in lift, 400/th400, on 36in swampers.. its really clean. I love it.. I feel like i went through all the other ones to get to this one!!

Welcome from a few hours north of ya!

Do the LED lights in the dash work better and if so, where did you get them?

Welcome! I'm originally from Sonoma and spent years living in petaluma, sweet pickup.

heres some more of the interior... I changed out the stock shoulder belts for 74 lap belts.. (avacado green!! don't quite go with blue..) so I'm on the hunt for some original BLUE lap belts.. ...?

welcome to the site from another twin.

Great looking interior! As a resident of California and a square body brother, I highly encourage/advise you to be cautious with the seat belts. 1 for the obvious safety reasons and 2, the CHP will pounce on you if they see what you did by either knowing that year had shoulder belts and/or seeing the hole where it used to attach.

your truck is tight. maybe a new carpet is all you need. looks weird in the pics by the 4x4 but maybe thats just your camera
