Headlights blown? lol. Do you have power at the headlight connection? Sometimes they get cruddy and might need a cleaning.
-
i put direct power to the headlights and they turned on i got upraded headlights i got the conversion kit so i can just remove the bulb i got a test light its not getting power to the headlights put power is coming out from the switch

Check relay? I'm not familiar with this upgrade, but someone else on here probably will be.
-
is there a relay for the headlights where would it be located
-
Wait, do you have the upgraded wiring harness too? Or just the lights? Them lights will overheat the harness if you don't upgrade that too.

This MAY help

Check the high beam switch it was still on the floor in 75 right.
