What does this mean towards the 73-87 and does anyone have pics of them?

I am only guessing since this doesn't make much sense, but shaving means removing the handle and door locks from the truck, so nothing extends past the metal like handles, door locks, marker lights, tail lights and mirrors.

when i shave i tend not to use and shaving cream or soap just rough neck it ::)
