Title: Seat Recover

I am looking to get my seat recovered, classic truck parts sell a kit as does almost everyone else it is about 170 dollars, My seat foam is perfect the actually seat is good just wrong color. Seen the Kit used on an edition of Trucks or a similar truck show.  It looked pretty easy to do. But would be about 200.00 with shipping, I can have it recovered at a local shop with a good reputation for 250.00 anyone ever use one of these kits, if so how are they?

I recovered my seat in my 85 with one just like it.  It turned out great but the hog ring pliers wore out before the job was done.  If you plan to do it yourself to save some coin, do it outside in the sun, it will slip over the foam easier.
