Slightly confused on what to get. I threw out my rusted old manual window regulators... now I want to install power windows in my 75. All the glass and everything is gutted, I am wanting to get one piece windows and I did not know where to start. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Would something like this bolt in? (I know I would still need a motor):

I already ordered the one piece windows, buy I was not sure if factory power window motors and regulators would fit in my "75" doors. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

1975 didn't come with Power windows and 77-up power setups won't go in a 73-76 door. They can be made to fit, but you then have exposed holes that won't get covered with the stock panels, and you will most likely have alignment issues with the One Piece windows.

No, I ordered them from brothers... So what do I do? Do I need a different power window kit, or newer doors, aftermarket window kit, stock kit or what? I just want the simple way where I am not cutting, welding, swearing, and hammering...

I could have saved you some money... and gave you these answers ahead of time.
Funny they list the normal price as $899 and they are on sale for $699 when I have been selling them for $675 since they were created and OPP (the manufacturer that makes them) has been $695...
You don't want to use power kits that convert the pre 76 doors. I wouldn't guarantee them working with the kits. They were designed to be used with factory power setup, or Electric Life.
Easiest solution would be to get 77-91 doors.

Well thats what I get for shining into this forum so late... Anyway I have a buddy that has 79 doors but they are manual windows... So would these doors work if I were to get the factory regulators and motors from the auto parts store? Thanks again for being so helpful.

Another question... are suburban and k5 doors the same? Thanks again. Hopefully I can just use 79 manual doors and convert them...

The 79 doors will work just get some power regulators and wiring and you are set.
I have the power regulators and wiring harness in the catalog.
Yes all front doors are the same 77-91.

Glad I did a search about this, i want to add power windows and locks to my 73 also. I found a good set of doors in the local pull apart off a 86 sub, will have to go back and grab the doors and wiring. Anything else I should get?

The doors and wiring, if any relays that are on the wiring grab them too, just not sure if all of them had relays

I just want to make sure I understand this before I go and do something stupid. You can install 77+ doors on a 73-76 truck and vice-versa?
So, if I have a 73-76 truck and I want the power doors from a 91 Suburban, they will fit? (I know I would have to wire them up)

Yes the newer doors will fit the opening bolt up, open, close and latch. You will have to adjust them and you may have to re-adjust your fenders and hood. You will not be able to use your old door panels on the later-style door, though.

I thought opp was making power window conversion kits now and even for the 73-75 blazers no?

No power unless the truck uses 77-up doors.
The Blazer in the video used late model doors.
