Round ones should be H6024 and square ones would be H6054. Those would be Geneal Electric numbers

Haqs any1 tried the ebay hid 7" rounds?

Without tearing one open and studying the optics I couldn't tell you their quality, but for true HIDs that aren't just giant glare machines, expect to pay $600-$2000 for the lenses, housings, projectors, ballast, and bulbs.

Fairly new on the market are 7" round LED headlights. They are supposed to be amazing. About 6 months ago they were $300.00 a pair, I think they, along with all LED's have come down quite a bit since then. If I remember correctly Grote was the manufacturer. i have switched all the lights on my semi and trailer to LED's, they are much brighter and last forever. Only 1 drawback, since they don't produce any heat, snow can get on them and not melt.

When you change to halogens, you can also do a relay upgrade. Makes a world of difference!
