My overflow bottle is looking pretty nasty. It looks just like the one pictured. Where is a good place to get one inexpensively? Most auto parts places carry them or do I need to go to GM?
Also, is the EVAP canister necessary for a vehicle that does not have to get emissions tested? I don't even think mine is connected to my carb anymore so that's making it pretty much useless right? Should I just plug the hose that comes from the gas tank?
Thanks.

You don't need it but how are your fuel tanks vented?

Dude you rock 8) I found one on Ebay for about the same price so good to know I can get it anytime. I have never been on that site for parts. Looks like they have lots of stuff. I tried getting mine clean last night and while it's looking better, it sure doesn't look new! I discovered 3 different silicone patches on it that were covering cracks. Nice.
About the tank venting, good question. I suppose I shouldn't plug that hose but I guess it wasn't really venting itself anyway the way that it has been all these years. The canister wasn't hooked up to my carb. And who at GM in their infinite wisdom decided to mount that canister on STUDS requiring the use of only a wrench to get to that bottom nut? It's taking forever to remove that stupid thing loosening it 1/4-turn or less at a time. Not sure yet how I would mount it to my 90 core support since those years mount to the fender right?
Lastly, does the rad usually sit on something other than directly on the core support? I think a couple of metal 'things' fell off the original support when I was removing it that the rad might have sat on. Right now I have the rad back in place but just with the upper clamps on place and the rad sitting on the support directly. I see two bolt holes on the bottom of the 90 core support. Was that for the 90 fan shroud? Or does it hold in place saddles for the rad to sit on? Thanks.

You need the rubber mounts on the bottom and the top of the radiator. They kinda look like these http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/52075/10002/-1?CT=999
