Title: Forum Software Upgrade 03/09/10

I just finished upgrading the forum to get it up to date and just like last time some things are screwy.

Donations AND Gallery tabs are doubled...
Paid Subscriptions are back, but looks like members are missing?
Hover text on topics are back.

Ok, after a little playing around I think we got everything back to normal now.
