Title: manual to auto swap, hard?

so i have a 78 k10 with a 3 speed trans, im thinking i want to switch it to auto though. anyone know the best trans for me to get? i will mostly be doing city highway driving and some light off road. not much towing, maybe some jet skis, but thats about it. it has a 350, 4" lift... and 33" tires, i do plan on going higher though. whats the most reliable auto trans? what all do i need besides the trans?

A beefed up 700R4 will do the trick

will that bolt right up or do i have to do some modifications? also what sould i be looking at to pull that from? i mean what year/model of truck has them?
