Title: Twisted Frame II
Post by: 327power on March 12, 2010, 08:01:30 pm
Ok...I just installed new leaf springs on my 1981 C10 stepside and it is still sagging. What is the problem? Is the frame twisted? It is about an inch lower on the driver's side and it is very annoying. Also the bed looks slightly twisted with the lower end being the driver's side. Should I replace the front coils too? Thanks!

park somewhere nice and level, measure from the floor to the frame and see where and how much you are short. You could also swap springs from side to side
