Post by: highsierra86 on March 16, 2010, 08:06:25 pm
Putting a 2wd cab on my 4wd frame it already had 4 inch suspension now I am adding 3 more body to compensate for the 2wd cab question is other than brake lines can I still run what I have or do need a new Pittman arm etc. Sorry so brief but on my mobile thanks in advance. Joe

If all your adding is 3" body than you don't need to do anything. But mod the fan shroud but nothing major. If the 4" is there before than everthing is all ready done to it

You will need to extend your shift linkage if auto, or clutch rod if it isn't a juice clutch. You steering column might need to be lowered in the fire wall, possibly and extension between the rag joint and the shaft. Make sure the brake line and wires aren't stretched to tight as well.
