Title: Headlight switch

What do each of the wires do on the headlight switch? I cut wires off of my gauge cluster because I installed a different one and now my headlights don't work, so I am just going to wire them with new wire. I just need to know which wire does what on the switch.

Can you tell me what colors go to what actions on a 1986 chevy.

Running lights -
Driving lights -
Dimmer -
Interior lights -
Gauge cluster lights -

Nevermind I solved the problem. It was just a bad ground on the headlights.
