are canadian built k10 (specificly the short bed) and american built trucks differant. for example my canadian k10 4x4 swb sits around 3 inches higher then any other k 10 ive parked near and as far as i kno it doesnt have a aftermarket lift it does have 3 inch blocks under the springs in the rear but ive been told that was factory from canada? is this true are there any other things that r differant

There isn't any difference.  There was tire size differences for them though which will make them shorter or taller depending on the option.

I have never seen a GM 73-87 with blocks in the rear.  I would assume you have a lift kit on it.

Ditto on the stock GM trucks never having any blocks between the springs, and axles.
