It is going to be a while before I paint. I am doing all by my self with minimal time to work on the truck. I was wondering what would look better flat black or satin black?? Any ideas or suggestions welcomed. Please post pics of each if ya gottem. I have seen a lot of small cars in satin but not our trucks. I have planned out the interior but not the paint. I am taking it one step at a time. It seems like it is going to take forever. Thanks for the help.

I was going for a satin black on my 55 but didn't put enough flattening agent in. Its not supper shinny but has a low gloss. I prefer Satin for ease of care. Flat gets marred very easily.

i would say satin black, flat black just ends up looking dirty all the time, i have flat black now and it just never lookes clean, satin black has more of a stealthy look anyways.

satin. satin produces a classical look without making it look like you used barbeque paint in a can. i was going to do mine satin black then i thouht about a satin purple but i think i'm gonna just do both my trucks gloss black, get some custom badges made up for them. i might not even airbrush them.
