I am sorta new here (actually I have new name same as on other forums) To make a long story short a tree fell on my truck while back and messed up cab and I got a CFC cab locally and have been working on swap.
Both doors, fender, hood took some damage and a couple dings on box.
I am gonna paint the whole truck blue to match new cab and I have acquired a pair of NOS fenders on CL, found a decent door in salvage bought another on CL that had issues and put a nos door skin on it that I had stashed away.
It is slowly coming together.
Anyway its good to be back after having log in issues for while.

I took the bed off first then walked the cab off the back and put newer one on with new G.M. bushings/retainers.
I found a couple nos fenders on CL and got 1 door at salvage yard and another on CL that I ended up putting an nos door skin on it I had saved up.
Slowly coming around.

good work man. nice thinking on doing those cab bushings while you had the chance. any other surprises below the cab when you pulled it?
