i know i'm not the only one spraying on here.
i spray the bikes outta my garage, or when i feel like it, in the driveway. i've had booths, but now i need to rig somethign in this new spot i'm heading into.
this weekend i sprayed a van outside. not too bad. only issue was my clear was too fast, and i had to dump it on heavy and run laps to keep it wet. there's a few flaws, believe it or not no bugs. just some dirt where i bumped my air line into it running.
the pics are a little outta order but u get the idea.

thats exactly how we painted aircraft parts in the hangars, just wire em to "rolling clothesline"(easiest way to explain it) great way to do alot of peices at once
-
Ours at work are on rolling racks. Thats how we paint our aircraft parts at work...
thanks

that's how i do my bike parts, i always hang them on these clothes racks that have wheels at the bottom so i can move them around really easy.
ok here's a shot of the new engine so far, this is what he's suggested:

cam is 480 lift it willhave a little lope
so not sure what that even means. he asked what cam i wanted to use, so i sent him a reply asking him what heads he had to choose form and we'd go from there.

I work at a Marine store so I used shrink wrap you could make a permanent booth out side for the price of lumber and couple hundred dollars worth of plastic will last 2-3 up here and that is in snow and fairly high wind. I personally just used the shrink wrap in my garage and just stapled it to the roof and made the walls tall enough so they hang on the floor. Make sure you buy white or clear shrink wrap the blue will give the whole room a blue tinge as the light shines through.

So is every car on your block covered in green paint and clear? :)

absolutely not? i know how to spray. there's barely any overspray on the tires cuz they weren't covered either. tehy wanted thsi as cheap as they could get it, so they got it. now i notice the clear internet stores all over the city, and i'm wondering why with such a huge corporate backing they wanted a $500 paint job
