Title: missing wire

Could any one tell me what this wire might go to. Its black with a white stripe and comes out of the back of the fuse box.

What does the other end look like? Cut? What year is it?

I think its for the belt retractor switch jumper, lower right corner of the pic. Its the only black/white wire I found, tracing it from the fuse block.

its an 86. the other end is cut

Ya the light works which sucks because i have harnesses
