I noticed today that my fuel tank is leaking the rubber pad on the tank brase is rotting and there are some little holes.
So who makes a good fuel tank and how much trouble will it be to replace?
-
do you want to keep the same tank location or would you want to move it to the rear like a blazer setup since you have to remove it?
-
Whats the advantage of moving the fuel tank to the back?
But I probably just keep it in the stock place

They are alot safer in the rear. Saddle tanks don't fair that well in a side collison.

Lmao but it makes for a better look since if you look at the trucks profile view you can see the tank just hanging there. I would move mine in my truck once it goes bad but right now its working so no need to move mine

Anyone done a write up on moving the fuel tank to the back?
Will a blazer tank fit or is there a kit?

Depending on what you are after we can get tanks, but they are on an as order basis. We don't stock them.
-
Do you got a price on that tank
-
What tank?
-
I think there was 2 size fuel tanks in 83 price for both
Do you all sale the sending units
-
It is $175 for 16gal, $165 for 20gal + shipping. They would have to be drop shipped.
I have a supplier for the sending units but you can also pick them up from NAPA. My supplier never keeps them in stock.
