I have a 85 3/4 ton with the HD suspension. I would like to change the rear leaf springs to improve ride quality. I think the rear leaf has 7 leafs plus the overload, and is 56 inches long. How long and how many leafs do the LD 3/4 ton rear springs have? I know that I will have to change the front coils too. I read from some of the other posts here I may have to move the spring hanger to make the LD spring fit ?
I put new shocks on the rear and that helped, I know that the front shock need to be changed too, but have not had a chance to do that yet.
Thanks
Clint

Why not just remove a spring or two???

the 00 and newer rear springs are 64" long vs 52or 56 of the square bodys

that and also check your tire pressure it too will play a role in the ride but its more cause the 7 hd springs. take 2 out and see how that is
