He thought he was exiting the freeway? That is complete BS. There is no way the concrete had a opening in the cone pattern or other traffic control device to allow such a maneuver without it being obvious to NOT DRIVE IN THAT LANE. Duh, it is a construction zone. Im surprised the ticket was so cheap. Fail to obey a traffic control device isnt pretty. Hope his insurance company jacks his rates up for being an idiot.

I just watched the story of it on the news but they didn't show the tracks or the vehicle. They said he went about 600 yards all the way through a pretty fresh pour of concrete, so I'm guessing he had to be driving a Chevy ;D
