Title: LSx gas mileage 5.3, lq9

Im planning an lsx swap into my 83 C10 lwb. Its not really a deciding factor for me, but does anyone know about what kinda gas mileage im looking at with an Lq9(lq4)/4L80e or a 5.3L/4l60e?

about 22-25mpg.

is that for a LQ9 or the 5.3L set-up?

Both. with the 5.3L on the higher side.
It really isn't that impressive as my 305 was getting 22, but the power difference is night and day.

thanks for the info... I've come across some great builds on here for the 6.0 and made some good notes from them.
