I have been trying to order one of these for some time now and no one could find it. I just called MM and they said that part# 95-92203 has been discontinued and no longer available. Does anyone know where I might find one of these, or a company that can make one. I think MM still make shaft kits, but they all want to sell me hubs also. I already have the hubs and am not really interested in the 501 kit either. Thanks for looking.

I found the same answer, but I got a email from m.m. today with 4 pages of instructions on using a "501" kit and converting you 203 using a wedge kit. I tried to download the files but they are too big. If you want I can forward to your email, but need your email address. Sorry I am not too good with computers. I am going to look over the 4 pages tonight and see what it entails.
You could also call m.m. and ask them to send you the "wedge" kit instructions, either way I hope this information helps you. Tom

My advice would be to recommend that you spend your money on a NP205 swap.
Much more reliable gear driven transfer case, and it is already "part time".

What shaft kit is this?

Im guessing its the part time conversion kit?

now it all makes sence lol

just because mm doesn't sell them doesn't mean there not out their http://www.autozone.com/autozone/accessories/Performance/Transfer-Case-Conversion-Kit/_/N-25nf?filterByKeyWord=transfer+case+kit&fromString=search try summit also. they might have them in stock and they are just sitting

My AZ says it is unavailable to them and Summit only sells the 501 kit.

Thats my plan now. I will keep my working 203 as a spare. It is better if I dont mess with it anyway. I want it to continue to work. Thanks for the input though.
