Check your body mounts.

they seem good...what else? i think its in the springs but im no pro. just a guesser so far. it wasnt always like this. bought it 5 months ago. i would swear ity was fine. i wouldnt have bought it if my eye didnt like it.

You didnt ask what lift was on there when you bought the truck? Get a measurement of the body line, centered over each wheel and you can find out the difference between the two.

Something looks off with your mounts the gap doesn’t seam right between the box and cab almost seams like the cab is squatting in the rear also due to none of your body lines matching up. Also someone could of taken a spring out of the rear or you have a 6" lift in leafs up front and only 4" blocks in the rear. measure the gap between the tires and the wheel wells on both the front and rear and see what it comes out to be
