Title: Ext. Door Handle Button

Can you remove the button from the handle? and how? I would like to powder coat the rest of the handle and thats what holding me up.

There is a pin holding it in along with a spring.

I know Im asking alot is there any way someone could take a picture or give me any kind of a diagram or link to one that would help me.
