Hi All -
I'm new to this forum and I guess I'm a sucker for old trucks. Can anyone tell me where I can research online the market values on older (pre-1990 trucks)? Specifically, I'm interested in finding the values on the following:
1980 C20 Chevy pickup truck- automatic, pw windows/locks, towing package. Has cap
1980 C20 GMC Sierra pickup truck - automatic, pw windows/locks, towing package. Has cap
1987 Ford Lariat (3/4 ton) pickup truck - automatic, pw windows/locks, towing package plus 5th wheel hitch. Has cap
The Kelly blue won't give any information on anything older than 1990.

If you can post pictures we could help you on the value of the Chevys

http://www.nadaguides.com/ will give you a baseline but a vehicle is only worth what a person is willing to pay for it. Go to the classic tab.

depends a lot on your location too. Rust free trucks in the north demand a higher price. Rust free trucks around the ocean coast demand a lot more too. Arizona, Tx, New Mexico, OK, TN, maybe not too much in comparison. Also, if a state requires sniffer tests (or larger cities), they won't be worth much if there are a lot of miles on the engine.
