Title: th400 in k20?

Hey i'm new here, and i had a question. Ok so i want to take out my granny 4spd out of my 1981 k20 on a k10 frame. and i want to then put in an auto turbo 400 or a turbo 350. which should i get? and what do i need to change it? im not much of a transmission builder, i am more of a motor person so i dont know.
