;D Found on the internet and i still think they are sweet. Especially how the Chevies are loaded on to a Chevy carrier and the GMCs are on a GMC carrier.
(well, except the second pic, those appear to be on a Freightliner carrier.)

i love em, i have not seen them before so thanks
-
the tires in the first pic of the trucks looks too small why is this?
-
Awesome, love them. Thanks for sharing!
Which tires? The ones on the pusher axle of the tractor?
-
Probably G78-15's on the front of the purple one in the first picture.
-
stock tires on our year trucks, non 4x4, always looked small to me. I have 235 75 15 on my 79 rear wheel drive fleetside, and the wheel wells always looked big to me, making the tires look small. but, i am used to it and don't care. When i put all terrains on all corners, makes it look better, but i have goodyear wranglers on it and they look smaller. just my opinion i guess.

Are you talking about the semi? Cause that's probably a tag axle or something.
-
Its a pusher axle. A tag is behind the drive axle. If thats what you are talking about. They do that so the tires don't scrub on humps, or high spots when up.

on this pic the pick ups. it looks like they are too far in and the width is small
-
Yes all of these trucks came factory with terrible offset wheel spacing. Ford def had us beat in the wheel stance department stock
-
Just another excuse to upgrade wheels and tires!

Cool pics. Must have been taken in late '72 when the brand-new for 1973's were rolling out to dealer lots?
