Hello all Randy here from Denton Texas. I'm 51 with a wife and 3 kids. I work for a international freight airline. I had a 03 Dodge 1500 that blew the engine so I wised up and replaced it with the '77 C-20. I've had different chevys throughout my life and always end up going back to them. This time its to stay as it is my daily driver. Its a 350/th350 with all sorts of issues and looking forward to fixing everything and making her look good again. The previous owner pieced this truck together from several others. My first and most important goal is to stop all leaks and stop all rattles. Then I'll work and dressing her up! I've been reading the forum for awhile now and registered. I've come to really enjoy the knowledge and helpfulness that I read here. I look forward to helping and being helped here for a long time.

Thanks all for the replies! I bought this truck from a guy that used it in his landscaping business. It's been pieced together from at least 4 trucks that I've counted so far. The cab & frame is a 77' Chevy. The bed came from an early 80's model, I think an 83. The steering column is out of a early 80's GMC. I've managed to get most leaks and such under control. I still gotta drop the oil pan and stop that leak while also changing the oil pump. I've been having a great time working on it. Can't wait to get it to the point of making it looking better!
