Title: Blower motor only 1 speed (low)

Noticed my blower motor is only running at low speed regardless of switch setting.  I did a little searching around and read that if it only runs on high it's usually the resistor.  Anyone come across this before?  It was an A/C truck originally, bad blower motor relay perhaps?  Thanks for any help you can provide!
