Title: Blazer tail gate supports

Anyone know if the folding metal supports that support the tailgate from a pickup when its open can be used on a Blazer tailgate???? Both the straps on my Blazer have snapped and wouldn't mind fitting them with something more sturdy.

with the blazer tailgate, most likely not.  with a truck tailgate yes as it was an option..  You can still get those from the dealership.

You can get the cables too from pepboys, autozone etc...  They are in the "help" section...
