i got a simple question i searched and seen a lot of people have used the energy suspenion cab mount set i need to order some but i have not gotten any good customer support from anyone. i need to know if they come with the radiator support mounts as well. the kit the kit im looking at is 3-4103R from summit racing and costs $59.95 says its a set of 12

Don't know for sure but...
12 sounds right. there are 6 mounts. 4 under the cab and 2 for the rad support. 2 rubber or poly bushings per mount... also the set has 6 bolts, so I'd say they're included.
