Ken reminded me that my avatar is out of date...and that made me realize I haven't shared new pic of Yeller over here recently. Anyhow, here they are. It is getting closer to being fiished...finally.

Last pic, of my 3 year old and I :)
-
very nice.
-
Sweet Looking ride man.
-
More pix! It's a beauty
-
i love that shade of yellow. What year/application yellow is that? It looks very similar to 1970 Ford Yellow that was on the Boss 302's w/ black stripe.
-
Awesome!
-
It is a custom mix yellow, part Honda part Dodge...that is all I know.
You guys notice anything else missing? ;) (one of my favorite mods)

yeah, did it to mine as well. You can only see this in the second pic though.
-
no mirors or key holes?
-
Ok, there is actually a lot missing...look at pic 1 and 3 :)
-
No visible bumper mounting hardware, or windshield wipers. I love the color, and those wheels.
-
Great looking ride! How do you drive with no seats? :D
-
No visible bumper mounting hardware,
ding ding, winner! Had the bumpers rechromed after the studs were welded in and smoothed. Like I said, one of my favorite mods
Thanks for all the kind words guys.

I would love to shave my wipers and just use rain-x I used to have a ranger with no wipers all I did was rain-x it. Im sure theres better products out there though.
-
I did that when I was younger and thought it was so cool until I got caught in a down pour and couldn't see anything. I quickly hooked my wipers back up. For a hot rod, who cares but if you're gonna drive it I say keep the wipers.
-
Those bumpers look so much better!
-
I was thinking stake pockets, I keep my wipers under the seat, haven't used needed them yet, I don't actually know if they work now that I think about it.
-
I have always thought that less is more when it comes to these trucks. since you are a detail kind of guy; have you considered white corner lights from an '80 or whatever year they started that? On mine I also replaced the screws on my side marker lights and tail lights to black instead of the chrome type. btw-that is one clean looking truck-nice work.
-
@vile yea I was only 16-17 but I can remember driving it a long time like that.
-
Looks very good jeff, I have been following your build from day one...
-
