i guess I'm happy. Their AA affiliate farm team are the Richmond Flying Squirrels. After Richmond Braves (AAA of Atlanta) left, they moved on in last year. That's Richmond VA (not Richmond,CA accross the bay from San Fran, north of Oakland, CA)

That made me happy! I got a lil emotional cause my dad never got to see them win, he was a life long Giants fan. I woulda loved to be in the streets of San Francisco last night!

My wife was able to go to the parade today, she said it was nuts. (I, unfortunately, couldn't afford to miss math class) Way more people than any New Years she has been to. Much more behaved too, unlike when a certain southern Cali team won some sort of championship...

Really I'm happy for you...maybe. Baseball is a dead sport to me..and well anything out of the Bay need's to be shot... They re elected pelosi for Christ sake..So Giants Boo... and any bay area team. That includes college and any Pop Warner team My Nevada teams happen to put the hurt to..like we did earlier this season..oh dont be mad its OK ...going to happen allot more.
In no way related to baseball i know..dont follow it just sayin...HAHA.

Well, sorry you have a chip on your shoulder. No need to come on here and bash. Great things have come out of the bay area, much more than fallon, nv. well, maybe except alfalfa.

Speaking of the bay area, I have to include this. I posted this on my fb page this afternoon. People here know when I see something political that makes no sense, I harp on it. Well, pasted from fb.....
People are attacking McDonald's for having toys in happy meals. Municipalities are passing laws to make it illegal to have toys in restaurant meals. Is this why we have government agencies to enact laws--because there are toys in meals? WHY CAN'T PARENTS PARENT?? Why do we need the Gov't to do these things? Let me guess, to make it easier, so the parents aren't the bad guys in the child's eye? Hockey Puck!!
San Francisco thinks toys w/ meals cause obesity. Hmmmm, what does this say to residents of San Fran? You can't raise your children correctly so we will. That's how I read it. The law passed 8-3. There would be 8 people out of a job if i lived there.
