80 C-20 and was wondering where the horn relay is located? also where does my dome lights and cig lighter battery supply come from on fuse block?

No relay that I know of and not sure about the ash tray and dome light but was to say it the same fuse. I think we need people to take pictures of there fuse box and label it and post that in the tec section. I know the diagrams are there but its not the same

Also the lights power should run from the dimmer switch on the dash.

this kinda fits. my 85 c-10 the guy i bought it from had put a wiper relay/delay box in it. i know when i turn the wipers on by the directions lever they seem to work. the relay thing has a dial you can turn which doesn't seems to do anthing to the speed of the wipers??? not sure what this guy has done. it almost looks like a retarder for a super charger but obviously no super charger. has anyone run into this before? i'm gonna have to trace the wires to wherever they go and probably do some cutting.

found the horn relay but its not the problem.there is a relay mounted to fuse block drivers side with #14014527 and uc9248 on top.has 4 spades L,P,B AND G. NEXT TO SPADES IT HAS ucc MADE IN CANADA.any ideas what it is.

i think it has something to do with 4- wheel drive.

Horn, dome light, and cig lighter are all on the same fuse.  If I remember correctly it's near the center of the block, just check the fuses one at a time, see which one is blown.
