just curious as to if anybody has put a small rear window cab off the bigger trucks on the pickups..or if they have cut the window section out and welded into the pickup cab..id love to see some pics of this if anybody has

The floor is flat on the medium duty truck cabs. It would have to be cut out and have a pickup floor installed.

yea i figured that would have to be done or cut it out and weld in place..im just wondering if anybody has done it and has pics of it..id like to see what it would look like

i'm thinking the easiest way is to take your window out, cut out the panel from a med duty cab and weld into your cab. This would be great in the summer time.

If you are going to mod the rear window I would make it a roll down unit.

I think it would be cooler as a safari window that the bottom pops open. That way even if it rains, water doesn't get in.

I believe it was Thom Taylor that did a rendering f one several years ago. It was published in one of the mags, maybe Truckin. I can tell you it doesn't look right at all on these trucks.

I say shave the back glass get a 12 inch monitor and a backup camera.......Knight Ryder style........haha

A buddy of mine was junking a c60 and I had him cut out the back window section for possible future use in a C/K truck. I still have it.
