Title: Alternator upgrade to CS type

Can anyone give me some pointers on changing to the CS type alternator. Wired it like CS 130 & CS 144 wiring diagram said to. Keeps blowing exciter wire fusible link (30amp fuse). What am I missing? DDunson

Make sure the B+ wire isn't grounded.
