Title: vent windows

i have just replaced the vent windows in my truck. they are not new vent windows just new to me and my truck. my question is how do you tighten the vent handles, or how do you get them off and out of the glass. is there any trick to tighten these things. I want to remove them so i can tint the window, I also need to tighten them up some how because the handles are very loose

the handles are installed with a small roll pin-use a small punch to remove them. btw I tinted around my handles to keep the tint from getting damaged from the handle.
