I hope everyone has a great Turkey Day and takes a minute to realize what they are indeed thankful for. First and foremost, we are still free to drive our old Chevy's in this country.

What else am I thankful for? Thanks for asking...
1) The Thanksgiving Day tradition includes eating turkey, not possum
2) The U.S. Military is second to none in defending everything we have
3) Two days off work
4) There are about 363 other days to shop besides Black Friday. Two hours waiting in line in the cold isn't worth saving $10.
5) My family is the best I could ever hope for.
6) That I beat Blazin in starting a post hoping everyone has a great holiday.

LOL, you gotta way with words. You wouldn't be talkin 'bout your wife would you? ;D
I ate too much, as always. I have too much in the fridge, or as dad calls it, fridge a daire. Gonna have to do some serious eating tomorrow too. The fam came by but didn't eat as much as I'd hoped.

I deep fried my first Turkey today, second best bird I've ever had! Happy Thanksgiving folks!

Congrats Irish,
and Vile, that turkey hanging from a cherry picker is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time :D
-
Congrats Irish. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish with no sleep! Vile's turkey hanging like that re-enforces my belief that there really are Rednecks everywhere! (No offense)
-
my belief that there really are Rednecks everywhere! (No offense)
offense? Who'd be offended at being labelled as self-sufficient, reliant, God-fearing, Tax paying, law-abiding, food growing, good shootin', hat wearing, gun packing, person who frowns upon tax leachin', drug takin', stealin', cheatin', no good for nuttin', no principles, lazy people who are bringing America down quickly? Not me.
I love Rednecks, including myself.

AMEN Sarge, X2 here...
