The Engine turns about 50,000RPM and is around 5,000cid so he needs the high Flowing "Dual Pipe Per Cylinder" setup.

? You mean the black trim on the edge of the tonneau cover? Factory option.

It looks like he has the chrome tubular bed rails, but mounted up on top of the hardcover.
If dual pipes tick off the neighbors, imagine what 16 sound like ;D
